摘    要:以垃圾堆肥基质中生长驯化的高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)为试验材料,研究高羊茅对盐胁迫的生理生态响应.试验对2种材料进行盐胁迫处理,测定了地上生物量、株高、地下根重、根长、叶绿素含量、保护酶活性等生理生态指标.结果表明:盐胁迫下,经堆肥基质驯化的高羊茅各生长指标均高于对照,其中地上生物量,株高和根长分...

Abstract:A pot experiment was performed to investigate eco-physiological responses of Festuca arundinacea acclimated in hypertonic municipal solid waste(MSW)compost medium to salt stress,and the unacclimated F.arundinacea was used as control.Aboveground biomass,seedling height,root dry weight,root length,chlorophyll content,protective enzyme activities were determined.The results showed that growth parameters of acclimated F.arundinacea were higher than those of control,among which,aboveground biomass,seedling heigh...
