农杆菌介导小白菜的gus基因瞬间表达

摘    要:用组织化学定位法检测小白菜gus基因瞬间表达情况,分析三种农杆菌对小白菜的侵染能力,结果表明:AGL-1对小白菜的侵染能力最强,EHA105次之,LBA4404最弱;通过培养后定时测定gus基因瞬间表达情况,确定农杆菌与小白菜子叶的最佳共培养时间2-3d。

Abstract:The cotyledons of Brassica chinensis were inoculated with 3 agrobacterium tumefaciens strains(AGL I,EHA105 and LBA4404)in combination with pBin19 derived binary plasmid p35SGUSINT,whitch carrying the NosnptII selection gene.and 35Sgus(intron)report gene.The result showed AGL 1 infected explants had the highist GUS ecpression,while the least GUS activeity were the explants infected with LBA4404.2 or 3days cocultivating were suitable for B.Chinensis cotyledons.
