不同形式铁引发的淀粉-丙烯腈接枝共聚反应

摘    要:用氯化亚铁、硫酸亚铁、硫酸亚铁铵和硫酸铁铵等形式的饮化合物与过氧化氢溶液构成引发剂,分别引发玉米淀粉-丙烯腈接枝共聚反应;用硫酸亚铁胺-过氧化氢引发玉米淀粉、小麦淀粉、交联玉米锭粉和交联氧化甘薯淀粉与丙烯腈的接枝共聚反应。以共聚物吸水力和产率为指标,研究了不同条件、引发剂及来源的淀粉对淀粉-丙烯腈接枝共聚反应的影响。结果表明,淀粉的来源并不重要,铁的形式对产物的吸水力和得率的影响无相关性。

Abstract:Graft copolymerization of corn starch-acrylonitrilc intiated by ferrous chloride,ferroussulfate,ferrous ammonium sulfate and ferric ammonium sulfate and graft copolymerization of wheatstarch-,corn starch-,cross-linking corn starch-and cross-linking oxidated sweet potatostarch-accylonitrile initiated by ferrous ammonium sulfate were investigated.The effects of iron type andstarch resource on graft copolymerization were cvaluated by means of the yield and water absorption abili-ty of the copolymers. The results showed that the starch rcsouce had little influence on the reaction andthat there is no relationship between thc yield and the water absorption power of the copolymers.
