| 摘 要： | 本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈＋水十三氟乙酸为流动相,使用以ZORBAX Extend—C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在330nm波长下对噻唑锌原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为1．0000;标准偏差为0．32;变异系数为0．33％;平均回收率为99．76％。

| Abstract: | A method for separation and quantitative determination of Zn-thiazole TC by HPLC with acetonitrile,water and trifluroacetic acid as mobile phase,ZORBAX Extend-C18 column and DAD at 330nm wavelength was described.The results showed that the linear correlation coeffi-cient was 1.000 0,the standard deviation was 0.32,the coefficient variation of was 0.33%,the average recovery was 99.76%. |
