培养基种类和BA与NAA浓度对玉花兰根状茎增殖生长的影响

摘    要:研究了培养基种类和BA与NAA浓度配比对玉花兰根状茎增殖的影响,结果表明:KC培养基有利于玉花兰根状茎的形成和生长,VW培养基次之,MS和B5培养基则不利于根状茎的形成及生长,KC培养基中BA 0.5mg/L与NAA 0.5mg/L混用既促进根状茎形成又促进其生长。

Abstract:The effects of media types and BA, NAA on the rhizome proliferation of Cymbidium niveo-maginatum under different concentrations were studied. The formation and growth of rhizome were favorable in KC medium. VW took the second place. MS and B_5 were not suitable for rhizome grown.The formation and growth of rhizome were advanced in KC medium (containing) BA (0.5) mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L.
