摘    要:以伊氏锥虫YNB2克隆感染家兔,于52天内,以一定间隔,用经环磷酰胺处理的小鼠由兔血分离锥虫,并予以克隆,获得9个抗原性互不相同的克隆群体。用此9个克隆群体分别免疫家兔制备免疫血清,与同源和各异源克隆群体作交叉免疫溶解和间接免疫荧光试验。结果证明,9个克隆群体是单一可变抗原型(VAT),制备的血清是单价VAT特异血清。按国际通用命名法,依分离顺序命名为NaTat1.1~1.9(Najing rypanozoon antigen type 1.1~1.9).

Abstract:A cloned stock of Trypanosoma evanst was shown to undergo antigenic variation giving rise to nine antigenically different trypanosomes populations during the first 52 days of infection in a rabbit. Clones of the 9 trypanosomes populations were set up in mice treated with cyclophosphamide. Specific antisera against each of the 9 clones were produced in rabbits. These antisera were used for characterizaion and comparison of the 9 clones with each other by means of immunolysis and lmmunofluotescence tests. The results demonstrated that all the 9 clones were antigenically different mono-VAT populations and these antisera mono-VAT specific sera. The group of mono-VAT populations were designated as NaTat 1.1-1.9 (Nanjing Trypanozoon antigen type 1. 1-1 .9) according to Lumsden's nomenclature.
