| 摘 要： | 种子大小是影响农作物产量的主要因素之一,研究控制种子大小的重要基因,并寻找高产相关的功能基因,对作物高产育种具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。目前,通过基因失活或超量表达分析,已经发现了一些控制种子大小的功能基因。这些功能基因参与胚、胚乳、珠被的发育过程,通过调控细胞的增殖和伸长程度控制种子的大小。本文主要综述现已鉴定的控制种子大小的一些重要基因。

| Abstract: | Seed size is one of the main factors affecting crop yields.Essential gene searching for controlling seed size and high yield was important for crop breeding.So far,using gene deactivation and excessive expression analysis,some functional genes were found controlling seed size by regulating the degree of cell proliferation and elongation.The genes were involved in development of embryo,endosperm and seed coat.This paper reviewed some of the identified genes controlling seed size. |
