| 摘 要： | 本文报道了从云南红豆杉中分离出230余株内生真菌，经薄层层析与紫外分析初步筛选,有5株表现出产紫杉醇特性，其中2株产率较高，约为1毫克／升，较适宜的发酵时间为11天左右。

| Abstract: | There are 230 endophytic fungi strains have been isolated from Taxus yunnanensis. Thin layer chromatography and UV synthesis of these fungi broth demonstrated that 5 of them can produce taxol, two of which have a higher productivity of 2 - 10mg/l. The suitable fermention period was 11 days. |
