| 摘 要： | 度量蚕的耐氟性一般用LC50作指标,测定LC50值试验规模大,数据分析复杂;在育种实践中由于品种多,一般难以实施。本文提出了以氟敏指数作度量指标的家蚕耐氟性测定方法,试验规模小,方法简单,适用于育种过程中对选育材料或杂交组合作耐氟性测定。

| Abstract: | Generally,the silkworm resistance to fluoride is measured according to the LC50 index which is difficult to be accepted in the breeding prctices because of complicated data collection and analysis at a great scale. This paper put forward a new test method which is very simple and only requires a small scale by using fluoride susceptibility index as measurement standared, which is very suitable for breeding materials or hybrid combinations in the breeding procedure. |
