| 摘 要： | 石墨炉原子吸收光谱法由于灵敏度高,检出限低,自动化程度高,被广泛用于重金属元素的分析检测。利用干法灰化法对小麦样品进行前处理,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测,探讨仪器分析最佳试验条件。该方法检测结果表明,相对标准偏差为0.20%,加标回收率为82.0%～99.5%。

| Abstract: | Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is widely used in heavy metal element analysis and detection because of its high sensitivity,detection limit,a high degree of automation.Using the method of dry ash on wheat samples pretreatment,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,the optimal experiment instrument analysis is discussed.The results show that relative standard deviation is 0.20%,the recovery is 82.0%~99.5%. |
