呼兰河段供热Z型管道热应力分析

摘    要:随着集中供热的发展,热力管道的安全性成为主要问题。本文通过理论计算和有限元模拟的方法,对呼兰河段供暖管道的温度场、应力场进行了系统分析。通过比较理论计算和有限元模拟两种方法建立管道横截面的温度场,分别计算管道的热应力。本文研究对热力管道分析具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:With the development of district heating, heat pipes become a major security problem. Through theoreti- cal calculations and finite element simulation method, the heating pipes Hulan segment temperature field and stress field were analyzed systematically. By comparing the theoretical calculation and finite element simulation which are two ways to build the pipe cross - section of the temperature field, thermal stresses were calculated pipeline. The research can get reference for the heating pipes analysis.
