茶蓑蛾寄生真菌的分离鉴定及其培养性状

摘    要:对茶蓑蛾(Clania minuscula Butler)僵虫进行保湿培养,分离得到一株高几丁质酶活性的菌株.通过对该菌株的形态、培养特征的观察及对其ITS核酸序列进行扩增与分析,确认此次发现的茶蓑蛾寄生真菌为爪哇拟青霉(Paecilomyces javanicus(Friedriehs&Bally)Brown&Smith),并对该菌株在不同培养基下的菌丝生长、产饱量和培养特征进行初步研究.

Abstract:A strain of entoparasitic fungus containing high chitin enzyme activity was isolated and cultured from Clania minuscula Butler. Its ITS sequence result and the observation of its morphological and cultural characteristics on Czapek's medium showed that this fungus was Paecilomyces javanicus. The growth of hyghae, sporulation and cultural characteristics were also observed on different mediums.
