菊花品种间杂交若干性状在F1代的表现

摘    要:1987—1988年,以16个菊花品种配制成12个杂交组合,研究了花、茎、叶的若干性状在F_1代的表现。结果表明,1.所有被研究的性状在F_1 代都发生了广泛的分离,这意味着无性繁殖使亲本品种保持着高度的杂合性;2. F_1杂种的花色具有倾母遗传;3.花序大小、小花数目和茎粗性状,在F_1代均表现衰退。杂种的平均数降低,但因变异幅度大,仍有超亲个体存在。

Abstract:From 1987 to 1989, 12 crosses from 16 varieties of chrysanthemum ( Dendranthema morifolium ) were made and the performance of F1 hybrids in the traits of flower, stem and leaf was investigated. The results showed: ( 1 )Wide segregation in F1 occurred in all traits under consideration. It implies that the parent varieties had a high degree of heterozygosity maintained by vegetative propagation.( 2 )The expre-ssion of flower colour of hybrids somewhat trended to that of female parents. ( 3 ) For the traits of inflorescence ( capitulum ) size, ligu-late-flower number and stem diameter, the depression appeared. The hybrid means declined, but the overparent individuals still emerged due to the large variable spectrum.
