基于Pro/E与ANSYS的挤压膨化锥形螺杆分析

摘    要:锥形螺杆是挤压膨化机的关键部件,由于长期承受高温、高压的作用,其工作条件较恶劣,因此对它的可靠性提出了较高的要求。为此,利用现代设计方法和手段,实现螺杆从Pro/E到ANSYS的无损导入,并在此基础上简要说明ANSYS分析螺杆的整个流程,为进一步进行螺杆的有限元分析、优化研究以及挤压膨化的模拟试验奠定基础。

Abstract:Taper screw is the pivotal component of extruding. Because it chronically endure high temperature and high pressure, put forward upper request for its reliability. This text using modern design method and means, achieved the guide of screw from Pro/E to ANSYS. Briefly explain the whole flow that ANSYS analyze the screw, thus establish groundwork for further research on the element analysis, optimization research and stimulant experimentation of extruding.
