| 摘 要： | 为了丰富我国甜瓜种质资源,笔者于2007年3月从美国NC7引种站引进了甜瓜近缘植物并进行了种植、观察和描述,结果表明。甜瓜近缘植物形态差异较大,野生性状明显,食用价值低劣,难以直接利用,但其表现出旺盛的生命力和较强的抗病虫性,有待于进一步观察、鉴定、挖掘和利用。

| Abstract: | Several accessions of melon relatives was introduced from NC7 germplasm repository in the U.S.A. in March 2007 to enrich cucurbit germplasm resources in China. The introduced accessions were observed and described during growing period. The results showed that the introduced melon relatives are morphologically distinct from cultivated melons. The introduced accessions can’t be directly used because of their poor fruit characteristics. However,their resistance to diseases and insects can be used and explored for genetic improvement of melon in the future. |
