摘    要:对葛藤天敌紫茎甲的形态特征进行了观察,对紫茎甲的生活史、幼虫对葛藤的取食变化动态进行了研究,提出了紫茎甲对葛藤取食的分级标准,并且用于紫茎甲取食作用的评价。结果表明:紫茎甲一年发生1代;在8月份取食株率为80%,取食指数达33.2。另外,紫茎甲幼虫取食形成的虫瘿的大小(体积)与幼虫数呈显著的非线性相关。

Abstract:Morphological characteristics and seasonal cycles of purple stem beetle were observed, dynamic of larvae and classifying standard of the beetle feeding on kudzu was also studied. The beetle had one generation each year. The peak of infestation and index of feeding damage occurred in August. A significant correlation was found between gall size (volume) and the number of larvae in the gall (R = 0. 9783, P<0. 01).
