| 摘 要： | 本文首次使用适量２ｍｏｉ／ＬＨＣＩ，使鸡蛋中的锌元素与蛋白质分离，用１０％的三氯乙酸沉演蛋白质，经离心得透明上清液。锌试剂（Ｚｉｎｃｏｎ）作显色剂。直接用分光光度法测定鸡蛋中的Ｚｎ（２＋）含量，同时用干灰化法和湿消化法制各样品，原子吸收法测定Ｚｎ（２＋）含量，比较结果一致。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a method of direct determination of Zn in eggs by spectroptometry with Zincon as a color reagent has been studied. Zn were separated from protein by using hydrochloric acid (2mol/L), and protein was precipitated by using trichloroacetic acid (10% ). The determination was implemented by introducing the solution after centrifugalizing. The values determinated by the presented method are very good in agreement with the results obtained by using dry-ashing and wet-digesting atomic absorption spectrophotometry. |
