摘    要:目的]探索了新疆陆地棉品种新陆早36号未受精胚珠(0 DPA)和受精胚珠(2 DPA)在离体条件下棉纤维的生长发育情况.方法]利用胚珠离体培养技术分别不继代培养未受精胚珠和受精胚珠30 d,通过纤维长度测量和生长图像的数字化处理技术,对二者体外培养12 DPA和27 DPA的生长状况进行对比分析.结果]12 DPA时,未受精胚珠纤维长度为0.8 cm,纤维团面积为0.28 cm2,分别为受精胚珠的67;和54;;27 DPA时,未受精胚珠纤维长度为1.7 cm,纤维团面积为0.85 cm2,分别为受精胚珠的81;和77;.结论]发现受精胚珠在不同时期的纤维发育情况均明显好于未受精胚珠,受精胚珠建立的离体培养体系更适合用于棉纤维生长发育过程的研究.

Abstract:【Objective】This research attemped to explore the different growth and development status cotton fiber between unfertilized and fertilized ovlues.【Method】Unfertilized and fertilized ovlues were in vitro cultured for 30 days without subculture.The fiber length was measured and images were digitized to analyze the growth difference at 12 DPA and 27 DPA.【Result】At 12 DPA,the average fiber length of unfertilized ovules was 0.8 cm,and the average growth area was 0.28 cm2,which was 67% and 54% of the fertilized ones respectively.While at 27 DPA, the fiber length elongated to 1.7 cm,and the growth area reached to 0.85 cm2,which was 81% and 77% of the fertilized ones respectively.【Conclusion】The results revealed that the fiber developmental condition of the fertilized ovules was better than those of unfertilized ones and the in vitro culture system based on fertilized ovlues seemed to be more suitable for the research of cotton fiber development.
