摘    要:金耳发酵滤液经适当调配酸甜比例,即可制成金黄色,不添加任何色素及香料的营养丰富、口味纯正、风格独特、具有保健作用的天然饮料,该饮料除含有一定量的蛋白质、氨基酸、矿质元素和维生素等营养成分外,与一般饮料不同之处是含有一种真菌药用多糖,它能提高机体免疫力和抗炎能力,从而起到防治、疾病的作用

Abstract:The fermentative filter liquor of Tremella aurantia Schw. ex Fr. was flavoured properly with sugar and acid,we can gain the natural higher nutrition health care drink which was not filled with any colours and perfumes.The analysical result showed:the drink contains protein, amino acids, mineral elements,vitamins and so on, if also contains medicinal fungi polysacharide which is different from other drinks. The immunity of body and the ablity of preventing and resisting disease can be improved after drinking it.
