| 摘 要： | 对野生水竹资源的调查结果表明，水竹笋期低山丘为４月下旬～６月中旬，高山为５月上旬～７月上旬，整个笋期而言，４月下旬～５月上旬为出笋初期，５月上旬～６月上旬为盛期，６月下旬～７月上旬为末期，笋期长达５０-６０ｄ。水竹笋品味清淡、鲜嫩、松脆、口感好，竹笋富含蛋白质和无机元素，是开发食用笋的优良种，经过技术改良，野生水竹林可改良成丰产林，通过引种可建立夏季食用笋基地。

| Abstract: | This paper overall investigated the emergence Period of bamboo shoot of wild ofPhyllortachys heteroclada. It tastes fresh, tender, crisp and delicious and contains rich protein andinorganic elementS. So it is a fine kind of edible bamboo shoots. The wild bamboo forests couldbe trans formated into high -- yield forest by the improved techniques. |
