摘    要:阐述了桑属的特征特性:有广泛的地理分布,对环境条件有较强的适应性,目前对桑属植物的分类存在着武断性且多争议。有较强的再生机能、适应各种采伐养成形式,随着农业投入的增加,产叶量会提高,具有无性和有性两种繁殖方式,易于性转换,属内有植物界最多的各种倍数性,桑叶、桑椹、木材有多种用途。为进一步开发利用这些特性,建议今后在桑的研究工作上,开展全球性的桑种采集、保存和分类,研究遗传性状、了解遗传机制,种内及种间的杂交育种,体细胞杂交育种,多倍体育种,把固氮基因克隆到桑树中去和培育对温度不敏感(耐寒及耐高温)及耐旱的基因型。这就需要全球性的合作研究。

Abstract:Genus Morns L. is widely distributed geographically,easily adaptable to different climaticconditions,quick in rejuvenation,amenable to various training and pruning methods, responds positivelyfor the agronomic inputs,can be propagated through both asexual and sexual ways,easy in conversion ofsex, high in occurrence of polyploid. Its leaves,fruits and wood can all be utilized for many purpose.Hence,it is suggested that global collaborative researches be organized in collection, conservation andclassfication, genetic characterization, crossbreeding, somatic hybridization, hyperploidy breeding andevolution of nitrogen fixing,cold and drought resistant genotypes for its effective utilization.
