摘    要:以乳化油的掺水比例、乳化剂的添加量和不同的乳化工艺方法为因素,分别选择10%、20%、30%和40%的掺水比例,0.5%和1%的乳化剂添加量以及油 乳化剂和水 乳化剂两种工艺方法的水平,采用正交试验设计方案,配制了8种不同比例的乳化油,进行发动机台架性能试验和烟度检测。以发动机功率、耗油率和烟度的综合评价值为指标进行方差分析,优选最佳的乳化油配比方案。

Abstract:Using ratio of water in diesel,quantity of emulsification and different emulsified technology as factors,the authors acquired eight emalsified diesels with different mixing ratios by orthogonal testing.The performance experiment and smoke content testing of the rig of engine are done by using the eight kinds of diesel.The test results showed that the optimal mixing ratio of emulsified diesel can be gained by analyzing the integratine values of engine power,smoke content and the quantity of consuming oil.
