| 摘 要： | 研究了4种常用的育苗基质对砧木(瓠瓜)和西瓜嫁接苗生长的影响。结果发现,‘金色1号’和‘金色3号’基质培育的砧木茎矮、苗壮,嫁接苗叶数增加快,为理想的育苗基质。‘中慈1号’基质培育的嫁接苗发病率低、成苗率高,但育苗过程中的水分管理困难。‘发发得’基质培育的砧木发芽速度快,但由于其营养水平低,中后期管理应及时补充营养。

| Abstract: | In this experiment,the effects of four substrates on growth of stock (Lagenaria leucantha Rusby.,L.siceraria Standl.)and watermelon grafted seedling.It was found that the stock seedling was strong with low hypocotyl length,and the leaf growth rate of graft seedling was high when cultivated in 'Golden 3' and 'Golden 1' substrates,which were ideal substrates.The graft seedling showed low disease rate and high survival rate when cultured in 'Zhongci 1' substrate,but it was difficult to manage the water.The see... |
