摘    要:为探明瓦氏黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus vachelli)形态性状与体重的关系,以同一批次繁殖的 60 日龄瓦氏黄颡鱼幼鱼为研究对象,测定了体长(X1)、全长(X2)、最大体高(X3)、肛门处体高(X4)、尾柄高(X5)、吻-背鳍前端(X6)、背鳍基长(X7)、背鳍后端-脂鳍前端(X8)、脂鳍基长(X9)、脂鳍末端-尾鳍基(X10)、胸鳍前长(X11)、背鳍前长(X12)、腹鳍前长(X13)、臀鳍前长(X14)、尾柄长(X15)、头高(X16)头宽(X17)和体重(Y)共 18 个生物学性状,运用表型值统计、相关分析、通径分析、回归分析,以及生长曲线拟合等方法,研究了形态性状与体重的关系。结果表明:18 个生物学...

Abstract:In order to investigate the relationship between morphological traits and body weight of Pelteobagrus vachelli, 60-day-old juveniles of Pelteobagrus vachelli bred in the same batch were researched. The body weight (Y) and 17 morphological traits were measured, including body length(X1), the total length(X2), maximal body depth(X3), body depth at anus(X4), caudal peduncle depth(X5), snout-dorsal fin base distance(X6), dorsal fin base length(X7), dorsal end-adipose fin base distance(X8), adipose-fin base length(X9), adipose-caudal fin distance(X10), prepectoral length(X11), predorsal length(X12), prepelvic length(X13), preanal length(X14), caudal peduncle length(X15), head depth(X16) and head width(X17). The relationship between the morphological traits and body weight studied by phenotypic value statistics, correlation analysis, path analysis, regression analysis and growth curve fitting. The results showed that among the 18 biological indexes, body weight had the largest variation coefficient, which was 19.10%, indicating that body weight of Pelteobagrus vachelli had great potential for selection. The main morphological traits (except X8 were and X10) of Pelteobagrus vachelli were extremely significantly correlated with body weight (P<0.01), and X4 had the highest correlation with body weight (0.921).
