摘    要:为了给杉木良种选育和木材合理利用提供依据,以3种类型(无性系苗、实生苗和萌芽苗)的杉木林分生长性状、密度和木材材性为研究对象,进行方差分析、重复力计算和相关性分析,采用布雷金多性状评定法进行排序,最后比较杉木3种类型林分生长性状、密度和木材材性的遗传增益和现实增益。方差分析表明:杉木3种类型林分的性状均存在极显著差异;变异系数相差较大(8.94% ~ 70.53%),重复力均较高(91.98% ~ 99.94%)。相关分析结果表明,木材密度与材质存在着高强度的正相关,而生长性状与密度和材质性状之间存在着中等强度以上的负相关。布雷金多性状评定法发现,以生长性状或综合性状为评定指标时,无性系苗林分得分均排序第一,且遗传增益和现实增益均增益最大。杉木各性状的变异明显受到林分类型的影响,且无性苗林分的性状变异幅度更大,具有良好的选择潜力;林木生长与密度、材质性状间存在中等强度的负相关。通过性状的综合评价和遗传增益分析,发现无性系苗林分明显更为优秀,可作为高产优质的育种亲本材料。

Abstract:In order to provide a basis for the selection of Chinese fir varieties and rational utilization of wood, taking the growth traits, density and wood properties of three types of (clonal seedlings, seedlings and sprouting seedlings) of Chinese fir stands as the research objects, we carried out variance analysis, repeatability calculation and correlation analysis, used Brekin''s multi-trait evaluation method for sorting, and compared the genetic gain and actual gain of stand growth traits, density and wood properties of the three Chinese firs. The analysis of variance showed that there were extremely significant differences in the characters of the three Chinese fir stands; the coefficients of variation were quite different (8.94% - 70.53%), and the repeatability was very high (91.98% - 99.94%). The correlation analysis results showed that: there was a highly significant positive correlation between the wood density and the material traits, while there was a moderately significant negative correlation between the growth traits and density and the material traits. Using Brekin''s multi-trait evaluation method, we found that the clone seedling stand scores ranked first when the growth traits or comprehensive traits were used as evaluation indicators, and both the genetic gains and the actual gains were the largest. The variation of various traits of Chinese fir was obviously affected by the stand type, and the variation range of traits in asexual seedling stands was larger, which had good selection potential; there was a moderate negative correlation between the tree growth, density and the material traits. Comprehensive evaluation and genetic gain analysis showed that the clone seedling stand was significantly better, which can be used as a high-yield and high-quality breeding parent material.
