不同播种期和收获期对高油玉米品质的影响

[目的]提高高油玉米品质。[方法]设计8个播期和4个收获期,研究不同播期和收获期对高油玉米吉油1号灌浆速率和淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪积累速率的影响。[结果]4月30日播种的吉油1号籽粒灌浆速率最快。吉油1号蛋白质、油分的最大积累速率均出现在授粉后25 d左右,说明高油玉米在灌浆期油分和蛋白质可以同时积累并使积累速率快速达到最大值,而后积累速率放慢;淀粉积累高峰出现在授粉后30 d左右,授粉后10～30 d淀粉含量快速增加,30 d后增加变慢。[结论]高油玉米吉油1号在吉林省东部的最佳播期为4月30日左右,最佳收获期为10月5日左右。

Effect of Sowing-Data and Harvest-Time on High Oil Corn Quality

[Objective]The study was aimed to improve the quality of high oil corn.[Method]In the field experiment,8 sowing periods and 4 harvest periods were set up to research the effect of sowing date and harvest time on grain filling rate and starch,protein,fat accumulating rate of Jiyou 1 corn.[Result] The grain filling rate of Jiyou 11 corn sowed on April 30th was fastest.And the protein,fat accumulating rate arrived to maximum on the 25th day after pollination,showing that fat and protein of high oil corn could accumulate simultaneously in grain filling period,which made their accumulating rate up to maximum,and then their accumulating rate slowed.The peak of starch accumulation appeared on the 30th day after pollination,the content of starch increased fast 10-30 d after pollination,and then the starch accumulation slowed.[Conclusion]The best sowing date of Jiyou 1 corn was about April 30,and the best harvest date was about October 5.
