摘    要:采用闭环控制技术,路面铣刨机的铣削深度控制可保证铣削路面的平整,提高路面维修的质量,降低道路维修成本。应用机电液系统的传感技术,基于预设的作业基准,控制系统采用PID控制器,实时控制铣削路面的厚度。阐述了路面铣刨机深度控制系统的组成及工作原理,建立了路面铣刨机的铣削滚筒工作的数学模型,提出了路面铣刨机深度控制系统的控制方法。

Abstract:In order to ensure leveling in milled pavement and decrease the cost of maintenance road, the closed-loop depth control system was used to the road miller. The electromechanical sensing technology was applied to the system based on depth standard, and the PID controller was used and the system gave real-time control depth in milled pavement. The depth control system in road miller and work elements were analyzed, and the physical model of milling drum was made and the control method was put forward.
