摘    要:添加不同微生物、不同比例的螯合剂(EDDS:EL),进行五因素四水平的正交试验,研究龙葵和羽叶鬼针草时复合污染型土壤中Cd和Pb的吸收能力.结果表明,龙葵对铅和镉具有超富集作用,适宜的螯合剂比例、微生物种类有利于提高植物对镉、铅的吸收能力.当土壤中镉投加浓度为60 mg· kg-1,铅投加浓度为1 800mg·kg-1...

Abstract:Five-factor and four-level orthogonal experiments were designed to study absorption of cadmium and led by Solanum and Biden from compound pollution soil,with adding different microbe and different ratio of chelating agents.The results showed that solanum had super cumulative effect on cadmium and lead,the suitable ratio,microbe were helpful to absorption of cadmium and lead by plants: cadmium adding concentration was 60 mg·kg-1 in soil,led adding concentration was 1 800 mg·kg-1,EDDS: EL ratio was 1:1,inoculating ZC or Z11,and the absorptive capacity of cadmium was higher;cadmium adding concentration was 30 mg·kg-1 in soil,lead adding concentration was 1 800 mg·kg-1,EDDS:EL ratio was 1:0,inoculating Z11,and the absorption effect of lead was the best.
