摘    要:天然产物体系复杂,且有效成分含量低,采用一般的分离方法富集难度较大.分子印迹技术是制备高选择性分离介质的有效技术手段,分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)的选择性强,分离操作简单,在各种分离纯化中展现了良好的应用前景.文章综述了目前分子印迹技术在天然产物的分离纯化中的研究进展.

Abstract:Active ingredients of natural products are in low content and difficult to be enriched by general methods.Molecular imprinting technology(MIT) is promising in preparing highly selective separation matrixes.Molecularly-imprinted polymers(MIPs) show good prospect in the purification of active ingredients from natural products.In this review,the application of molecular imprinting technology in the separation and purification of active ingredients was introduced.
