摘    要:通过水培法,在铁胁迫下,研究硒对寒地水稻养分吸收和干物质积累的影响.结果表明,与正常培养液培养( Fe0+Se0)相比,加铁胁迫(Fe+Se0)显著提高了植株体内铁的含量,物质积累降低并不显著,但是抑制了水稻对氮、磷和锰的吸收,氮、磷和锰的积累量分别降低了7.8%、26.7%和74.0%,均达到显著水平(P<0.05)...

Abstract:Effect of selenium(Se) on nutrient and dry matter accumulation of rice were studied in cold area of Northeastern China.Results of water culture experiment showed that compared with control(Fe0+Se0),Fe stress(Fe+Se0) significantly increased Fe content of rice plant,decreased P and Mn content of rice plant,and inhibited N,P and Mn uptake,but did not clearly decrease dry weight.Accumulation of N,P and Mn were significantly decreased by 7.8%,26.7% and 74.0%,respectively under Fe stress.Appropriate amount of Se addition clearly increased Se,P and Zn content of rice plants,at the same time,the accumulation of N,P and Zn was increased by 17.4%,52.8% and 83.7%,respectively under Fe stress.The results suggested that Fe stress inhibited nutrient uptake,Se could improve nutrient accumulation and increase resistance ability to Fe stress.
