摘    要:为了研究糖苷酶在番茄果实成熟和软化中的作用,以LA2895(GA突变体)果实为试材,研究了ABA和GA处理的番茄果实糖苷酶的变化情况.结果表明,GA对3-甘露糖苷酶具有负调控作用,而对α-L-阿拉伯糖苷、β-半乳糖苷酶和β-D-木糖苷酶起到正调控且放大酶信号的作用;ABA与GA以协同作用调控着β-D-木糖苷酶、β-半乳...

Abstract:In order to investigate the role of glycosidases during tomato ripening and softening,tomato line LA2895(GA mutant) fruits used as experimental materials to study the changes of fruit glycosidases with the ABA and GA treatment.The results showed that GA could make β-D-xylosidase,β-galactosidase and α-L-arabinofuranosidase signal amplification and increased the these three enzyme activities,but GA can reduce the β-mannosidase activity.ABA and GA regulate β-D-xylosidase,β-galactosidase,α-L-arabinofuranosidase and β-mannosidase,regulating fruit ripening synergistically.This will provide the theoretical basis for further elucidating the mechanism of fruit ripening and softening.
