Characteristics of organic phosphorus mineralized in Jingpo Lake sediments

In order to investigate characteristics of organic phosphorus in lake sediments,Jingpo Lake was selected as a typical lake in northeast plain and mountain lakes region,a laboratory simulation experiment of organic phosphorus mineralization was conducted,and the total phosphorus(TP),total dissolved phosphate(TDP),soluble phosphate(DRP),alkaline phosphatase and other indicators in water samples were determined during experiment.The concentration of TP in water by sterilizing was higher than that of the treatment without sterilizing,while TDP and DRP were lower at the final stage of experiment in two treatments.Organic phosphorus(OP) was declined during the whole experiment period in two treatments,and there was a significant correlation between the concentration of OP and mineralization time.Alkaline phosphatase activity without sterilizing increased obviously,compared with sterilizing treatment at the initial and middle stage of the experiment,a responsive relationship between phosphorus concentration and alkaline phosphatase activity in water was confirmed.
