美洲南瓜裸仁基因的AFLP和SCAR分子标记分析

摘    要:以美洲南瓜有壳品系“金辉二号-2”和无壳品系“0516-2”进行杂交,获得193个F2单株作为作图群体,利用AFLP分子标记技术和集群分析法(BSA)对与美洲南瓜裸仁基因连锁的分子标记进行研究.结果表明,找到了与裸仁基因n连锁的4个AFLP标记:E19M60-C、E22M48-B、E13M60-A和E25M51-D,连...

Abstract:A population of pumpkin F2 generation including 193 individual plants was derived from the crossing between hull line Jinhui2-2 and hull less line 0516-2 in this study.AFLP and bulked segregant analyses(BSA)were used to identify molecular markers linked to hull-less traits in F2 population.Four AFLP markers were developed.The genetic distance among four AFLP markers E19M60-C,E22M48-B,E13M60-A,E25M51-D and hull-less seed gene were 8.9,14.1,17.5 and 18.8 cM,respectively.And E19M60-C was also successfully converted into a SCAR marker.
