棉花黄萎病菌不同致病力类型在江苏省的分布

1982—1985年,对江苏省83个棉花黄萎病菌(Verticillium dahliae Kleb.)菌株进行了致病力的测定,其中致病力强的落叶型菌株13个,占测定菌株数的15.7％,主要分布在南通县恒兴乡和常熟市徐市乡、董浜乡;致病力中等的叶枯型菌株45个、致病力弱的黄斑型菌株25个,分别占测定菌株数的54.2％和30.1％,这两类菌株广泛分布江苏省各主要产棉区。试验表明棉花抗病品种“4278”是一个比较理想的鉴别寄主,对3种致病力类型的菌株的鉴别力都比较强。无论从棉花上或者从其它植物上都可以得到对棉花致病力不同的菌株,只是各类型菌株所占的比例有所不同。

DISTRIBUTION OF DIFFERENT VIRULENCE TYPES OF VERTICILLIUM DAHLIAE KLEB. IN JIANGSU PROVINCE

83 isolates of Verticillium dahliae obtained from Jiangsu Province were tested during 1982-1985 to identify their virulence.Results indicated that 13 isolates appeared severe defoliating virulence, and they were distributed in Nantong and Chongshu only. There were 45 isolates with indefoliated leave blight and 25 isolates with yellow blotch. These two indefoliating types of intermediate virulence and mild virulence were distributed widely in different cotten-producing areas in Jiangsu Province. This study also showed that the resistant cotton variety "4278" was a more satisfactory differential host. Either from cotton or from other plants might be obtained all of severe or intermediate or mild virulence isolates, but the ratio between these three types was quite different.
