鸭嘴滚筒式气吸精量穴播器的设计与试验

摘    要:针对气吸式精量穴播器易漏气、排种性能差等问题,设计了鸭嘴滚筒式气吸精量穴播器,阐述了其结构特点和工作原理,对关键作业部件进行设计。田间试验表明,该穴播器排种性能稳定,作业速度为3.0km/h时,精播质量稳定,单粒率≥95%,漏播率≤2.7%,重播率≤4.3%,满足农业生产要求。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of air-suction cotton precision dibbler,which was steam leakage easily and the flow-performance was inferiors,an air-suction cotton precision dibbler was designed and tested in this paper.Its operating principle and structural feature were discussed and expounded.The key working parts were designed,the working process was analyzed.The tests indicated that this device can achieve the aim of precision metering,under the speed of 3.0 km/h,the single seed was more than 98.67%,the synthetically rate of seed was 95%,the multiples was 4.3%,the miss was 2.7%.The seed-metering device can satisfy the demand for precision seeding.
