摘    要:设计了一种空间布局合理、结构简单的线控液压转向系统,介绍其结构组成、工作原理和控制策略。该系统可以替代目前工程机械中常用的全液压转向系统,利用电信号传输代替全液压转向系统中的油压动能传递,同时实现基于模糊PID控制的路感反馈。通过使用MATLAB/Simulink对该系统的仿真试验可得,所设计的控制器可实现理想的路感特性。

Abstract:A hydraulic steering by-wire system was designed,with rational space layout and simple structure,also some aspects of the system in terms of constitution,working principles and control strategies were presented.The system can replace the full hydraulic steering system which commonly used in engineering machinery,the use of electrical signal transmission instead of full hydraulic steering system kinetic energy in the hydraulic transmission,while achieving a closed-loop feedback control based on fuzzy PID.The MATLAB / Simulink simulation results of the controller showed that it could satisfy the requirement of the steering feel.
