农机保险现状分析及相关政策定位的研究

农机保险关系着全国几千万农机拥有者和使用者的切身利益。拖拉机交强险费率标准低,承保的保险公司严重亏损已是不争的事实。一些省市区采用政府提供农机政策性保费补贴形式促进农机参保,收到了较好效果。由于交强险保费标准国家制定,保险公司商业运营,农机保险严重亏损局面并未得到扭转。本文通过调研和实际案例分析,提出了一些独到见解,力求达到国家、农民机手、保险公司三方共赢的效果。

Farm machinery insurance is related to vital interests of tens of millions the owners and users of farm machinery in the whole country.It is really true that the standard floating rate of compulsory insurance against traffic accidents of vehicles is on the low side and the insurance companies are at serious loss.In order to promote the owners attending insurance,the governments in some provinces and cities adopt methods of supplying policy-directed premium subsidy of farm machinery and these methods has got good effects.However,the situation of the serious loss in farm machinery insurance still exists because the standard floating rate of compulsory insurance against traffic accidents of vehicles is set by the nation,while the insurance companies operate commercially.Therefore,this article puts forward some original opinions through investigation and analysis of some practical cases,so that the government,the farm machinery drivers,the insurance company tripartite can altogether win.
