| 摘 要： | 为了传动平稳及减少热量,很多大型拖拉机都采用湿式离合器。本文采用理论方法及有限元方法,对湿式离合器摩擦片中的油液流动进行了分析,得出了油液密度、油液体粘度、离合片缝隙高度以及缝隙进出口油液压力对离合器缝隙中油液压力分布的影响,为湿式离合器设计提供了依据。

| Abstract: | In fluid engineering,many fluid flows behave as flows in parallel disc slit.In this paper,the oil flow in wet clutches was analyzed by theoretical and FEM calculation.How the oil density,oil viscosity,the gap height and the pressure of inlet and outlet of the slit affect the distribution of pressure in wet clutches was obtained,and this provide basis for the design of wet clutches. |
