基于PLC的种子丸化设备自动控制系统设计与实现

摘    要:种子丸化加工技术可实现播前植保,减少病虫害防治次数,为机械化精播并确保农作物产量提供重要作用。为满足现代农业生产用种需求,根据5WH―160型种子丸粒化设备主要结构及其工作原理,设计开发出一种以PLC为控制核心,带键盘的显示屏为人机交互窗口,集变频、传感器技术为一体的自动控制系统。该控制系统具有手动和自动控制方式,实现了对粉和液的同步供给及精确控制、工艺参数在线实时修改等功能,提高了种子丸化质量,减轻了操作人员劳动强度。

Abstract:Seed pelleted processing technology can realize plant protection before sowing,and reduce the number of pest control.It is an important role in for mechanized planting and ensuring the crop yield.According to the main structure and working principle of 5WH-160 seed pelletizing equipment,the automatic control system was designed to fulfill the needs of modern agricultural production.The frequency conversion and sensor technology were integrated in the automatic control system.PLC was the control core and the keyboard display was human-computer interaction window in the automatic control system.The control system had manual and automatic control mode,it could realize synchronous and precise supply of powder and liquid,parameters online real-time changes and other functions.The automatic control system could improve the quality of seed pelletizing and reduce the labor intensity of operators.
