小型空气源热泵式孵化机的设计与性能测试

摘    要:在对传统电加热孵化机存在的耗电量较大、成本较高且对环璄不友善等问题分析的基础之上,作者自主研发了新型节能空气源热泵式孵化机。该类型孵化机克服了节能孵化机受到时间、气候、地理等条件的影响,利用热泵较高的能效比,从而大大提高了能源利用率和效率。另外,孵化机模拟家禽自然孵化的方式,即持续变温的孵化方式,大大提高了家禽后期对环境的适应能力和生存能力。该孵化机具有高效、节能和环保等优点。经测试和孵化试验验证,孵化有效区域温度场均匀性良好,最大温差为0.4℃,平均最大温差为0.28℃;孵化周期内压缩机平均开停比为1:5,其加温耗电量与传统电加热式孵化机相比,节电率高达83.76%;孵化率达90%以上,健雏率达97%以上。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the disadvantages with traditional electric heating incubator,such as higher cost,larger power consumption,environment-unfriendly and so on,this paper mainly introduces the general structure design of new energy-saving air source heat pump incubator which was developed by author.The incubator breaks the influence of time,climate and geography condition to energy-saving incubator,thus energy efficiency was greatly improved with utilizing the higher COP of heat pump.The incubator simulates the natural incubational approach of poultry,that is the continuous variable temperature incubational way,thereby the poultry’s adaptability and viability to environment are greatly improved.This kind of incubator is characterized by high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection etc.After the testing and incubation experiments,we found that the uniformity of temperature field in effective incubation area was excellent,the maximum temperature difference was 0.28℃;The average on/off ratio of compressor in incubation period was 1:5;the hatchability is above 90% and the rate of young poultry in health is above 97%.
