微型柴油机喷油系统结构参数优化和试验研究

摘    要:对微型柴油机喷油系统与柴油机的匹配进行理论分析,指出了国内微型柴油机与喷油系统参数匹配的不合理性,提出了结构参数优化方案,并部分进行了试验验证。结果表明,减少喷油嘴流通面积可以使喷油过程稳定,喷油压力提高,喷油持续期延长,整机经济性得到改善,排烟降低。

Abstract:Hereafter analyzed theoretically the matching of micro-diesel-engine fuel injection system and the engine. Concluded the unreasonableness of matching of coefficients for domestically made micro-diesel-engine fuel injection systems. Suggested the optimum designing of construct coefficients, supported partially by experimental results. Conclusions are as follows. Decreasing of the charging area of injector enables the stability of the injection process, raises the injection pressure, elongates the injection duration, improves the economic effects of the whole engine and reduces the emission of smoke. [
