| 摘 要： | 猪细小病毒是引起猪繁殖障碍的主要病原之一。在世界范围内造成了巨大的经济损失，本文不常规疫苗，免疫程序及新型疫苗的研究作了综述，特别是猪细小病毒VP2基因在基因工程疫苗及核酸疫苗方面的应用前景的介绍，对其深入的研究甚有参考价值。

| Abstract: | Porcine parvovirus (PPV) is a major cause of reproducti ve failure in s wine, and lead to increasing economical losses around the world. In this paper t he research on conventional vaccines, immunization procedure and novel vaccines is elucidated in order to present some evidence for further study, especially ap plication of PPV structure gene VP2 to gene engineering vaccine and nucleic acid vaccine. |
