车辆半主动悬架系统的设计与试验研究

摘    要:设计了可调阻尼减震器,通过台架试验,分析其动态特性,并建立了可调减振器阻尼与步进电机转角之间的关系,为半主动悬架控制系统设计提供了依据。在对半主动悬架系统进行数值仿真的基础上,开发了以C8051F005单片机为主控件的半主动悬架模糊控制系统,并进行了台架和实车道路试验。结果表明,设计的半主动悬架及其控制系统性能稳定,可靠,汽车行驶平顺性明显优于传统被动悬架,为半主动悬架的实际应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:The tunable damper was designed, then its dynamic performance was analyzed by bench test. The relationship between the damping force and the angle of step-electromotor was developed. It is the foundation for the design of the control system. Based on the simulation results, a fuzzy-controlled semi-active suspension system with the C8051F005 chip microcomputer playing the main role was designed and developed, the bench test and road test for vehicle semi-active suspension were conducted. It shows that the performances of semi-active suspension system is steady and works well. The ride comport of the newly-designed semi-active suspension system is much better than that of traditional passive suspension system. It is a very valuable foundation for the application of semi-suspension system.
