罗旺水轮泵站的技术改造及效率试验

摘    要:针对原水轮泵效率低、使用寿命短的缺点,罗旺水轮泵站进行了技术改造。改造内容包括机组改型、进水口改造、尾水管改造、水轮泵蜗室的改造以及输水管的改进。改造后进行了效率测试,并对测试结果进行了分析,罗旺水轮泵站技术改造的效果是显著的。

Abstract:Innovation and improvement for Luowang water--turbine pumping station including im- provement of pumping unit, rebuild improvement of intake, volute and draft tube of water turbine and pipeline were conducted to overcome the problems of low efficiency and short operation-life of the sta- tion. Field efficiency of the pumping station improved was measured and compared with original one. Analysis of the measured result shows effectiveness of the innovation.
