摘    要:为了研究某型号挖掘机翻车保护结构(Roll-over protective structure,ROPS)的侧向力学承载性能,利用非线性有限元分析软件LS-DYNA模拟ROPS的实验室侧向加载试验,分析了ROPS侧向加载时的破坏现象,得出了ROPS的吸能曲线.结果表明,ROPS的侧向承载性能符合国标,ROPS的整体刚度偏大,能量设计仍有优化的空间,对结构的进一步设计提供了重要依据.

Abstract:In order to research the lateral resistance performance of roll-over protective structure(ROPS), lateral load test that ROPS is destroyed is simulated with the help of the non-linear finite element analysis software LS-DYNA. The breakage phenomenon and energy absorption curve are also discussed. The results show that the lateral mechanical performance of ROPS is accepted by the corresponding standard. The stiffness is so large that there is room for optimizing energy design. Important basis for the optimizing design of ROPS is provided.
