摘    要:以离心泵平衡孔轴向力平衡装置为研究对象,利用计算机数值模拟分析技术和试验技术相结合的方法.对平衡孔位置、平衡孔面积与平衡轴向力效果和泵外特性的关系进行了深入研究,并对研究结果进行了分析.为提高轴向力平衡装置的综合效果,提出了减小平衡孔大小、适当增加后密封环直径(相对前密封环)、平衡孔靠近叶轮轮毂等设计方法措施.

Abstract:The axial force balance device of balance hole of centrifugal pump was taken as the object of study, the relation between the balance hole's position, area and the effect of axial force balance, pump's external characteristic was studied through numerical analysis and experimental technology. The result of the study is analyzed. In order to improve the overall effect of axial force balance device, some measures are given, such as, properly decreasing the balance hole, increasing the diameter of postposition seal ring, making the balance hole close to the impeller hub and so on.
