摘    要:以一种新型的双离合自动变速器为模型,在AMESim平台上,以不同的油压变化率作为仿真的前提条件,搭建滑磨功和冲击度仿真模型,并对这两个指标进行仿真分析,仿真结果得到油压变化率对换挡品质的影响.最后,利用遗传算法对油压变化率进行优化,优化结果改善了变速器的换挡品质.

Abstract:A new type of DCT was used as a model. On the platform of AMESim, simulation models of slipping and shock under different oil pressure changing rate were established. Through analysis, influence on shift quality was concluded. Then the oil pressure change rate was optimized using Genetic Algorithms. Results showed that shift quality was improved.
