茶树重修剪机研制进展及改进设计

摘    要:本文主要针对南方茶树主要种植在高山,且种植分散,目前对年龄老化的衰老的茶树的重修剪采用人工砍切方式.修剪劳动效率低下、修剪质量也比较低,对茶树生长十分不利.本文分析了现有修剪设备的结构特点,指出其在高山上修剪作业的适应性不足,研究出一种全新的茶树重修剪机械设备,对修剪机所用刀片的材料、结构进行分析,对相关参数进行分析设计.为茶树的重修剪设备研制提供参考.

Abstract:South tea plants were planted on the main mountain,and the distribution of such plants is scattered.At present the cutting of trunks to the aging of tea trees,hand-cut manner is uesd,Pruning labor and low efficiency,relatively low quality of pruning,Extremely detrimental to the growth of tea tree.This paper analysed the existing structure of the trunks-cutting equipment,said its operation defects in the mountains cutting the lack of adaptability,Developed a new tea tree trunks-cutting machinery.We also used the blade of materials and structures,designed the relevant parameters of the blade.The paper provided reference for the new tea-cutting equipment.
