| 摘 要： | 用球形芽孢杆菌Ts—1冻干菌粉,对国内10种蚊幼虫生物测定的结果表明,不同蚊种之间敏感性有很大差异。库蚊属蚊虫(特别是淡色库蚊和致倦库蚊)对Ts—1敏感性很高,按蚊其次,而伊蚊属除东乡伊蚊外对Ts—1均不敏感。此外,同一蚊种不同地理株之间,对Ts一1的敏感性也有显著差异。

| Abstract: | The present studies deal with the toxicity of lyophilizedpowder of Bacillus aphaericus Ta-1 against larvae of 10 Medically important mosquito species (subspecies) : Anopheles anthropophaqus, A., ainensis. Aades albopictus, A., aegypti, A. flavopictus, A. toqoi, Culex modestus,C. pipiens pallens. C. p. guiaguefasciotus,C. tritaeniorgynchus. Culex species are very auscaptible to B. aphsericus Ta-1, especially C. p. pallens and C. p.guinguefasciatus (LC50 after 48h exposure were 4 and 5.6, respectively). Anopholines were less susceptible than the Culex spp., and Ts-1 had little larvicidal activity, if any, on Aedes, except A. togol (LC50 after 48h exposure was 467.2). |
