乳牛耐热性指标的检测

摘    要:根据黑白花乳牛初夏急性热应激期间产乳量下降幅度划分为耐热和不耐热两组,测定两组牛整个夏季7项生理生化指标的差异,分析其与耐热性的关系。结果表明:两组牛6:00时直肠温度、日平均直肠温度和红细胞钾含量差异显著,可作为耐热性评定指标;根据19:00时直肠温度和呼吸频率评定耐热性的准确度较低;血红蛋白值与耐热性的关系尚需进一步研究;甲状腺素和皮质醇水平的变化在评定耐热性上具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:The object of this study was to determine the heat-tolerant indices of dairy cows by testingrectal temperature, respiratory rate, hemoglobin value, the potassium concentration in erythrocytesand the levels of blood glucose, thyroxine and cortisol of 4 heat tolerant high-yielding cows and4 heat untolerant ones during summer in 1987. The results were summarized as follows: 1. therec-tal temperatures of daily average and at 6: 00and the potassium concentration in erythrocyteswere regarded as the heat-tolerant indices; 2. it was unreliable to evaluate the heat tolerance basedon the rectal temperature at 19: 00 and respiratory rate; and 3. the level of thyroxine and thechange of cortisol level in serum probably had a great significance in evaluating the heat toler-ance.
